ASUS launched #LightUpLoC, an innovative platform to salute the heroic surgical attacks by the Indian soldiers. Known to promote peace and harmony, Diwali, the festival of lights involves a popular custom of exchanging greetings and decorating one’s house with lanterns and lights. Keeping up with the tradition, #LightUpLoC will allow the users to write warm wishes for the brave-hearts at the LoC on a virtual lantern and then release it. The lanterns will then illuminate the LoC on a virtual map of India.

The City of Joy now has a new reason to rejoice! ASUS announced the opening of India’s first-ever exclusive ‘Republic of Gamers’ (ROG) store in Kolkata. With an area of ​​about 50 square meters, the gamers can visit the store from every Monday to Sunday between 10.00 to 21.00pm to experience the latest devices, game titles and accessories. The store is equipped with a ‘Battle Ground’ where a total of 6 gamers can compete against each other and experience LAN gaming at its best. The store is also furnished with a product demo zone and experience centre where the users can test the new hardware.

On the opening day of Mobile World Congress, ASUS debuted two all-new additions to the popular Fonepad line, Fonepad 7 LTE (ME372CL) and Fonepad 7 (ME175CG). ASUS ventured in Jharkhand with announcing the launch of two exclusive stores in Ranchi. The new outlets will feature the entire range of Touch notebooks, Ultrabooks, Tablets, Phablets and Notebooks including the recently launched products which have been launched in India till date.
