Dell Services continues to expand its innovative offerings—including consulting, cloud services, application services and business process outsourcing—to deliver new levels of agility to help these highly regulated industries transform to embrace growing demands and manage their futures.

Dell has announced that Anand Sankaran will join the company as president and global head of Dell Services’ Infrastructure and Cloud Computing line of business. According to the company statement, he will report to Suresh Vaswani, president of Dell Services.

With the clock ticking toward the end of Windows XP support in April 2014, and in response to customer need, Dell Services announced the addition of Windows Migration Fast Forward Service to its migration services. Dell’s Windows Migration Fast Forward Service, as claimed, helps customers jump-start a new migration or fast-forward one already in progress with unique tools and proven practices to ensure readiness.
