The new user interface developed by Clarice has helped QuickHeal to reduce the incoming support calls by 40% and hence increasing the productivity of QuickHeal support team, claims a release. The interface has helped in developing non-intrusive interface for novices retaining the same advanced set of functionality for power users.
Prior to implementation, the interface contained complex jargons like DNAScan, firewall. These jargons were difficult to understand and hence increased the burden on its call center.
